We usually require private property or venues with vehicle access. Some parks or public spaces may be possible with permits. We’re fully registered and mobile-ready—just make sure there’s a flat surface and at least 3.9m clearance.

Yes! Drop-off options are great for smaller events or venues that can’t host the truck. While hot, grilled-to-order sandwiches are our signature, we can arrange boxed sandwich platters upon request.
Monday–Thursday lunch bookings start from $1,600 + GST. Weekends and evenings start at $2,000 + GST. A travel fee of $200 + GST applies. Drop-off catering has lower minimums—contact us for details.
As early as possible! Popular dates fill up fast, especially weekends. A deposit secures your booking. Even if it’s last-minute, reach out—we’ll do our best to make it work.
Our standard catering includes handcrafted steak sandwiches, disposable eco-friendly serving ware, truck setup, and 2–3 friendly staff serving for 2 hours. Extra service time can be arranged at $70 + GST per hour.
A $200 + GST deposit secures your date. Final payment is due 14 days before your event. Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund. If life happens, just talk to us—we’re here to help.
