AL FONZIE'S ORIGINS

The story behind the name "Al Fonzie" is one of love and cherished memories.

It pays homage to my late brother, who I shared an unbreakable bond with over amazing food.

In 2023, the time had come to turn our passion into reality. As shared owners and menu creators, and with over two decades of experience in the culinary industry as a chef, we knew it was time to make our mark in the food truck industry, here in Melbourne.
