Bratwurst Roll
A juicy Pork and Beef Bratwurst Sausage served in a soft roll with sauerkraut and grated cheese and your choice of Garlic Aioli or Chipotle Mayonnaise. Severed with a side of hot crispy chips.
BBQ Pulled Pork Roll
Pulled Pork Roll served with hickory smoked BBQ sauce served with pork crackle chips in a soft roll. Served with a side of hot crispy chips.
Beef Brisket Rolls
